Albert Park House

Albert Park, VIC

4 Bed

4 Bath

275m2

A Federation Edwardian residence transformed to respond to its location with light, flow and spatial consideration in the heart of Melbourne’s prized Albert Park.

New form, intergenerational function
Split across two wings optioned with individual access, Albert Park House introduces a contemporary extension to the 1900-1905 Edwardian brick façade, designed for intergenerational living. An immaculately restored entrance and verandah adorned with tessellated tiling, leadlights and fretwork maintain the home’s architectural character, while the new living environment introduces sculptural forms, generous natural lighting and carefully resolved detailing.

At the centre of the concept, a carefully zoned courtyard at floor level to the internal landscape.

A prestigious coastal neighbourhood
Moments from South Melbourne beach where volleyball is the sport of choice, Albert Park village’s growing retail and café culture, and parks that offer respite, connection starts at the front-door and coastal calm is 400m away.
